1. What Armixxx is

Armixxx is a software-as-a-service platform that helps adult / NSFW creators and studios turn long-form videos into short-form clips and publish them to third-party platforms. The main application is available at app.armixxx.com; this site is the marketing and documentation layer for that product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Armixxx.
You must be legally allowed to view and create adult / NSFW content in your jurisdiction.
By using Armixxx you confirm that all performers featured in any content processed through the platform are adults and that you hold the rights or valid licenses to that content.

3. Your account & security

You are responsible for any activity that happens under your Armixxx account.
Armixxx connects to external platforms using session data (for example cookies or local storage exported from your own browser). You must not share sessions that you do not control or are not authorised to use.
You must keep your sessions, API keys and access tokens secure and rotate them if you suspect abuse.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Armixxx to:

Upload, process or promote any content involving minors or persons who did not consent.
Upload, process or promote content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where you operate.
Harass, threaten or impersonate other people or organisations.
Bypass platform rules, age gates or moderation systems on the third-party sites you post to.
Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of Armixxx infrastructure, except with prior written approval.

Armixxx may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that your usage violates these rules or exposes the platform, our infrastructure partners or third-party platforms to undue risk.

5. Content ownership

You keep full ownership of the videos, images, text and metadata you upload to Armixxx.
By using the service you grant Armixxx a limited, revocable license to process that content (including transcoding, clipping, generating metadata and uploading to third-party platforms) for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Armixxx does not sell your content to third parties and does not grant any rights in your content to other customers.

6. Plans, credits and payments

Access to Armixxx is offered through subscription plans and usage-based credits. The current plans are described on the Pricing page or directly in the app.
An active paid plan is required to start new processing and publishing jobs. If a subscription lapses, your existing data remains accessible, but new jobs are not started until the plan is active again.
Promotional codes, where issued, reduce the price of the subscription purchased at the time the code is applied. Unless stated otherwise, a code may be used once per account, may be limited to specific plans, and does not apply to subsequent renewals, which are charged at the standard price of the selected plan. We may deactivate a code at any time.
Credits are consumed when AI agents and automation steps process your content (for example scoring, slicing or uploading). Unused credits may expire in accordance with the plan description.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable. We may adjust pricing and credit packs over time; changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively affect past payments.

7. Third‑party platforms

Armixxx integrates with a number of third-party NSFW platforms. Those platforms have their own terms, community guidelines and moderation systems. You are solely responsible for complying with each platform’s rules, including restrictions on content, linking and advertising.

Armixxx does not control and is not responsible for the availability, moderation decisions or enforcement actions of any third-party platform. Removing content from Armixxx does not automatically remove it from external platforms.

8. Service availability and changes

Armixxx aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee that the platform will be available 100% of the time or free from errors.
We may modify, pause or discontinue parts of the service (for example integrations or specific AI models) for technical, legal or business reasons. Where reasonable, we will communicate material changes in advance.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armixxx disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and merchantability.

We do not guarantee any particular number of views, fans, subscribers, revenue or other commercial outcome from using the platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armixxx and its founders, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in aggregate to the amounts paid by you to Armixxx for access to the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Armixxx at any time and may request account closure via support.
Armixxx may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees or use the platform in a way that creates risk for other customers, our infrastructure or third-party platforms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Armixxx after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
