1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Armixxx collects, uses and protects information when you visit our marketing site or use the app at app.armixxx.com. Because Armixxx is built for adult / NSFW workflows, we treat all creator and content data as sensitive and design our systems accordingly.

2. Information we collect

2.1. Account and contact information

Account identifiers such as email address and authentication details.
Studio or creator name, roles and internal notes you choose to store.
Support messages and contact details you send via forms or Telegram.

2.2. Usage and telemetry

Log data about how you interact with the app (for example which views you open, basic error logs and performance metrics).
Non-identifying analytics on which features are used and how often.

2.3. Content and metadata

Videos, thumbnails and other media you upload for processing, together with any titles, tags and descriptions you edit inside Armixxx.
AI-generated data such as scores, clip boundaries, suggested titles and tags, upload status and session health for each platform.

2.4. Sessions and platform connections

To post on your behalf, Armixxx connects to third-party platforms using session data exported from your own browser (for example cookies and local storage). This data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is used only to maintain the connection required for uploads and checks.

3. How we use information

To create and manage your account and workspaces.
To process videos into clips, score content and generate metadata according to your settings.
To publish content to the third-party platforms and sessions you have configured.
To provide support, investigate issues and improve product reliability and performance.
To send essential service messages such as security notices or material changes to the product.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data or NSFW content to data brokers or advertising networks.
We do not train public models directly on your identifiable content.
We do not share session JSONs or access tokens with other customers or third parties except our infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service.

5. Access to content

All processing is automated. Armixxx staff may only access logs or specific pieces of content in two situations:

When you explicitly ask for support and give us consent to inspect an issue.
When we are required to do so by law or to enforce our Terms of Service (for example in cases of abuse).

6. Data retention

Account and billing data is kept for as long as you have an active relationship with Armixxx and for a reasonable period afterwards where required for legal or accounting reasons.
Session data and upload logs may be rotated on a shorter schedule to reduce risk and storage while still allowing troubleshooting.
You may request deletion of your account; we will remove or irreversibly anonymise associated data except where we are required to retain some information by law.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

8. Data processors and infrastructure

We rely on reputable infrastructure and service providers (for example cloud hosting, storage, logging and analytics vendors) to operate Armixxx. These providers only process data on our behalf, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes.

9. International transfers

Depending on where you are located and where our infrastructure is hosted, your data may be processed in other countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure that transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards where required by law.

10. Your choices

You can update account information and many settings directly in the app.
You can request account deletion and export of certain data by contacting us via the Contact page or our official DM channels.
You can control cookies and local storage usage through your browser settings; this may affect how the app functions.

11. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls and environment isolation. No system is perfect, but we design assuming that NSFW content requires a higher bar for discretion and safety.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be announced via in-app notifications or email.
